Connecting to and honoring our inherent self worth is central to the process of making lasting change in our life. With a strong therapeutic relationship that is grounded in trust, safety, and compassion, I provide an opportune space for you to begin to accept who you are - right here, right now, in this very moment. I can help identify the changes you want to make and how to move toward them, with a fuller acceptance of yourself along the way.
In practice since 2010, I work with clients who face a wide variety of challenges, including stress related to significant life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and self judgment. I also have significant expertise working with challenges related to aging and older adulthood, including supporting caregivers. I provide LCSWA supervision.
I find it effective to utilize various techniques, including EMDR and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), to shift patterns related to stress, and build your resiliency for experiencing your life with hopefulness and belief in yourself.
My office is centrally located, with free parking, and is accessible. I am in network with BCBS and Medicare.
